Rental price list for Scena Gliwicka 120 valid until the end of 2025:

1. Minimum rental time is 3 hours.

2. Rates for rentals on weekdays – from Monday to Thursday:

for events carried out and ending by 4:00 p.m. – the cost of the first 3 hours is PLN 1,800.00 net and PLN 250.00 net for each additional hour started (after the first 20 minutes).
for events carried out after 4:00 p.m. – the cost of the first 3 hours is PLN 2,250.00 net and PLN 300.00 net for each additional hour started (after the first 20 minutes).

3. Weekend rental rates – from Friday to Sunday:

for events carried out and ending by 4:00 p.m. – the cost of the first 3 hours is PLN 2,000.00 net and PLN 300.00 net for each additional hour started (after the first 20 minutes).
for events carried out after 4:00 p.m. – the cost of the first 3 hours is PLN 2,250.00 net and PLN 300.00 net for each additional hour started (after the first 20 minutes).

4. The basic rental price includes:

cloakroom service (1 person – number of guests up to 120 people or 2 people – number of guests over 120 people);
technical service in the scope of providing and technical supervision of sound and lighting equipment (1 person or 2 in the case of more complex events);
use of equipment constituting the basic equipment of the venue

5. In the situation of more than one event on a given day as part of the rental, a flat-rate cost of service and maintenance of the hall and consumption of media in the amount of PLN 500.00 net for each additional event is added to the basic rental price.

6. In the event of the need to equip the venue with additional equipment, the cost of such additional equipment is the responsibility of the renter.

7. The costs of multi-day rental and those based on the division of revenues are subject to individual negotiations.
